As an innovator in kidney care, Cricket Health is driving industry-leading results on behalf of its customers and patients. In order to drive patient enrollment and engagement, we set out to create bespoke imagery and videos highlighting real customers and patients.

Highlighting Industry Collaboration
Cigna and Cricket Health are helped to improve kidney care outcomes for customers across the country.
Cigna launched an expanded collaboration with Cricket Health, a comprehensive kidney care provider and care extender, to identify kidney disease early and provide comprehensive support to those with late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD).
A successful first year included a reduction in hospitalizations, more customers being able to start dialysis at home, and an extremely high mark of patient satisfaction with the program.
This campaign highlights Cricket Health's year of work with Cigna and includes a case study, socials, and a video with Dr. Rajesh Davda, Senior Medical Director at Cigna.

Cricket Health has developed a track record of improving clinical outcomes for people with kidney disease, which in turn results in lower costs for health plan partners. In both Texas and California, across Commercial and Medicare Advantage health plan partnerships, Cricket Health has shown marked improvements in key clinical measures for its populations living with kidney disease.
We created these videos and photos to highlight the work Cricket Health has been doing with patients and are now using the video and photo assets on the former crickethealth.com.
